PROJECT HISTORY /
Since April 2026, Topographica has been supporting Landify US to restore 67.7 acres of land located in Santiago Canyon, near the City of Orange, California. Known as the “Sully Miller Site” among the local community, it currently serves as a quarry. Landify’s vision consists of a green space for the local community to rest, exercise, contemplate, go run, bike, and ride horses. As an extension of ECT Group, a French firm specializing in the repurposing of excavated earth since the 1970s, Landify US aims to restore the Sully Miller Site by forming a new terrain based on soil they will gather from nearby construction sites.
THE CHALLENGE /
Transforming a 67.7-acre site that currently doesn’t generate nuisances, but one that doesn’t serve the local community, into a desirable environmental masterpiece that adds to Santiago Canyon’s green belt.

AERIAL INTELLIGENCE /
Topographica acquired high-fidelity gaussian splats of the site’s surroundings, ensuring photorealism and the seamless integration of the artist’s view in the existing landscape.
CAD FILE INGESTION AND 3D MODELING /
Working from Landify’s CAD files, Topographica designed a full-fledged 3D artist’s view of the restored landscape, from dusty quarry to desirable community space.
FLORISTIC RESEARCH /
Topographica populated the site with clusters of trees and plants that are native to our floristic region. The site became a moving painting to be marveled and traversed by the local community.
We helped Landify secure Mayoral and HOA approval, as well as a unanimous City Council vote in August 2026, all settling a 50-year history of competing development proposals, community debates and referenda.
