Topographica: Who we are
Yogan’s drone journey started in 2022, when he passed his Part-107 and introduced a drone photography and photogrammetry class at the UCLA Design Media Arts Department.
In the winter 2024 quarter, the second iteration of his class earned him the 2024 UCLA Unit-18 Professional Developement Award, and was featured in the UCLA Institute of the Environment and Sustainability (IoES) Magazine.
He envisions drones as an extension of photography, a medium he’s been practicing professionnaly for more than 20 years.
